We went to Moya Moya for a weekend and ended up staying for almost a week; we just couldn’t tear ourselves away from this place of beauty and peace. We spent our days boogie boarding or snorkeling around the protected tidal pools depending on the tides, climbing the dunes, or exploring the surrounding forests and lakes. Our lovely host introduced us to the perfect high dune for sundowners, dune boogie boarding for the kids, and the most spectacular shades of sunset. And when we needed a rest we returned to our beautifully arranged villa. Each evening brought a night sky unmarred by light, with so many stars that we had a difficult time distinguishing constellations. We wanted to stay longer and will definitely return.
This last weekend we went on a beach walk and we enjoyed canoeing on one of the nearby lakes. Soo much to enjoy at Xirundu!

Honestly one of the best beach experiences that my family and I have ever had! Wonderful touches and attention to detail from the beautifully built CasaRio house that we stayed in to the most ideal ocean experience. Safe for all ages thanks to an amazing reef. We loved how natural and private the lodge is, it was like we had our own beach all to ourselves! An amazing holiday for everyone, thank you and you will be definelty be seeing all of us again soon!

Paradise. I spent a weekend and wished it had been a month! Animals, birds, fauna … sun, sand, reef … eating oysters purchased from passing fishermen on the beach.. Paradise. The beach lodges are fabulous – stylish but comfortable, each with unique features and amazing views. Even climbing the dune to get to Xirundu is an adventure! I highly recommend it in particular for families – the lagoon between reef and beach is protected and perfect for kids. I dream about my next visit…. Lori Bell

A little piece of heaven!! We stayed in Casa Rio for a long weekend and cannot recommend this place highly enough. The house is beautiful in every way and provides the perfect space for two families, with lots of comfy places to sit and overlook the spectacular views in every direction. We particularly enjoyed our sundowners up on the dune-top platform overlooking the ocean. The beach is a skip and a hop away from the house and perfect for families with its rock pools full of fascinating creatures, and calm sheltered spots for swimming. We loved the peace and quiet of Xirundu (no noisy bars/neighbours/rubbish) and found it the perfect place to get away from everything and recharge our batteries!
